Only redeeming love can restore relationships shattered by careless affection. The book of Hosea is a collection of his prophecies, but it begins with a sad, sad chapter in his own marriage that was shattered by his wife’s unfaithfulness. Revealed through his story is the broken-heart of God caused by the spiritual adultery of His people.
